Step 1: I Will Help You Figure out Your Must Haves

There are many reasons to purchase a home. Knowing your “why” can help you start your search & make it easier to find the perfect home. Once you know your why, it is easier for us to figure out what kind of home and where you would like to be. I can help you get specific. Separating the "must haves" from the "want to haves" allows me to narrow down your search to find your dream home.

Step 2: Loan Pre-Approval

Once you have addressed the above needs, your next step is to get pre-approved with a mortgage company or bank. This can be done in person, over the phone & via email. A Pre-approval is a more specfic estimate of what you can borrow from the lender. With this you can also discuss how much you are comforatble spending & the different types of mortages available to you.

Step 3: I Will Find The Right Homes For You

Once you are pre-qualified with a mortgage company & know what price range you want to stay in, I will help you determine which properties best fit your needs. As you find homes that seem to be a good fit, we will attend showings together and I will walk you through the many things to consider before making an offer.

Step 4: I Will Help You Every Step Of The Way

Once we have found you the perfect home we will write the offer & I will negotiate it for you. We will work on your conditions for the offer and then have the lawyer draw up the papers to close on your purchase.

Step 5: I Will Be Here Even After You’ve Purchased Your Dream Home

After purchasing your home I look forward to our relationship continuing. I hope that you will feel comfortable contacting me any time for house related information.
